The Craftplay Factory Shop opened in July 2003 offering a wide range of art and craft products for children at factory shop prices. Located on the site of Anthony Peters Mfg, a leading UK art and craft manufacturer, in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire; word quickly spread about our ‘Aladdin’s cave’ of goodies and fantastic low prices. Responding to popular demand we can now offer our products to the whole of the UK and further a-field.
Anthony Peters Manufacturing Co. Ltd., is a family owned, private company that has been established for over 20 years. We design and manufacture a core range of innovative arts & crafts for the educational market; specialising in items for ages 3-8 years. We also provide a comprehensive Own Label service for children's (and adult's) craft related products and many items produced by us are sold in major high street retailers, catalogues and places of interest.
The Craftplay Factory Shop was originally set up to sell factory overruns, discontinued lines, slight ‘seconds’ and previous season’s products; but it now also carries many current Anthony Peters lines – available direct to the public for the first time.
Our online retail store offers 1st quality Anthony Peters products, whilst our clearance section has special ‘Factory Shop’ offers.
